PACKAGES:

Projects are billed at an hourly rate of $150. Discounted package rates based on square footage and flat fees are available for large scale projects. In order to qualify for a discounted package rate, you are billed for the first ten hours of your package up front. Negotiated rates are locked in for the duration of your project. Pricing is ultimately determined by the scope of the project and your overall objectives. There is a travel fee and a mileage charge for projects located more than 15 miles from Denver, Colorado. The client covers all travel expenses for out of state projects. A percentage of my services are available on a sliding scale to clients based on their income or due to budget restrictions. For every project, there are three general phases:

Discovery:   Identify your assets and liabilities; essentially, to determine what you have versus what you need.
Collaboration:   Clarify where your project begins and ends, and the best course of action to follow within your budget.
Execution:   The process of transforming your space into the most efficient environment to work for you, not against you.
